Shipping Destinations

Dagjihh ships to addresses within the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, during weekends, or on a U.S. holiday generally begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

For standard shipping, estimated transit times are:

• Contiguous United States: approximately 3–6 business days after processing.

• Alaska and Hawaii: delivery may take longer than the contiguous United States. Please review the estimate displayed at checkout for your destination before placing an order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders shipped to supported destinations within the 50 United States, with no minimum order value.

Any available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created or the carrier receives the package.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant details. For damaged items, photographs of the item and packaging may help us review the issue.

We will review the information and work with the carrier as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
